- In today's NBA game, although Denver is about an 8.5 point favorite, a little less than 50% of the bets are on Denver (currently 48%).
- We normally like the percentage a bit lower than that – but for a favorite, this is a contrarian play.
- Take the Nuggets to close out the series.
- Some bettors may give the points.
- Others may prefer to play the moneyline and potentially parlay that with another high percentage. Remember that Parlays are generally larger sportsbook moneymakers – so beware!
