For Blog readers, we have several leans – that can be played with smaller amounts. Perhaps one-half of your regular bet size.
- We generally like very slight favorites. And strongly prefer slight to medium underdogs (+100 to +150).
- Today's market place shows contrarian value on several large dogs in the +200 range.
- Because you can get decent odds (2-1 odds!) on those games, if you like them, you can bet smaller (and as mentioned, one-half unit size may be preferred).
- A few value plays:
- Rockies - are +235 home dogs!
- Nationals - are +200 dogs with almost nobody betting on them!
